Handmade products and outsourced parts may cause slight variance in scheduled dispatch date.

Value below €1000 - non-EU €50.

Refunds, and Cancellation

All Nexus products are hand made to order, with items only produced on demand. All products are field tested prior to shipping and unlikely to require a return. Refunds are not available once the order is in progress and ‘change of mind’ not applicable to products manufactured on demand.
We have a Money Back Guarantee available on the Warranty page. 

In case of a refund, not initiated by us, the customer is responsible to cover our bank fees in full.

Appearance, Weight, Performance

Gift Voucher (Credit) Policy

Gift vouchers purchased from Nexus Group Ltd are treated as digital goods and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

All gift voucher sales are final.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and hold no cash value unless required by law.

Nexus Group Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers once issued.

Delivery of gift vouchers is confirmed via email to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address is entered correctly and can receive messages.

Out of warranty / second hand products

We service out of warranty or second hand products for a limited time under the condition the product was not opened, tampered with or modified.

Discount

Nexus products are hand made in Europe and not manufactured on a robotic conveyer line or outsourced abroad. There is no margin for cutting costs to provide discount and we do not offer discount under any circumstances.
